Badass Banana!

Oooh, I love a bit of alliteration!! ;-)

Anyways check this out!

Amazing right? :D

I'm not quite sure what it's called, so I'm gonna go ahead and label it a dwarf bananana :P I don't really like bananas much but this was yummy- and cute! :-)

Till next time!

Love,

Dee xxx

P.S- I should add, I detest the colour pink- my laptop was meant to come in purple but THAT happened. Oh and the banana isn't photoshopped! ;-)

Easter & some fashion

HAPPY EASTER!

(again)

I hope you all have a smashing day and it ends with you all in a chocolate coma! :-) If you're religious, rejoice in the risen Christ etc. :-)

I'm not a HUGE chocolate person, but I do like some and today I will hopefully take the mick and eat myself up a dress size! :p

I will also be enjoying myself with my AMAZING limited edition monochrome Dr Martens that I bought myself last year- I just have to share them with you because they make me very happy! :-)

They'd go really nicely with this vintage jacket I picked up last week!

Anyways, this is somehow turning into a fashion post (oops!) so I'll end it here! I hope you like it- my sense of fashion IS a bit quirky xD but I like to wear a little bit of everything... :-)

'Till next time!

Love,

Dee xxxx

In the event of a zombie apocalypse...

My area probably won't be particularly safe...

Okay, well it's a good 30 minutes + away from me which gives me enough time to run ;-)

Another gem I spotted

And lastly, my favrioute gem I stumbled across when I went to go buy a drink at the supermarket...

I can't even begin to imagine why the shelf was still full... :-P

I love London. Shame about the weather though!

Till next time,

A mini rant about a prick at the supermarket...

A mini rant about a prick at the supermarket...

Alright, well seeing as this page DID used to be called 'rants on cheese amongst other things' (yeah I never was good at picking names for my blogs/accounts xD), in honour of it's old name, I shall post a mini rant.

So as you all know, it's Easter Sunday tomorrow!! (Happy Easter! If you're not religious, happy half price chocolate day!) And I was at the supermarket picking up some sweets & treats when this dude well old enough to be my father and four times my size with the dodgiest weirdest haircut EVER (he looked like he shaved a chelsea bun into his head) approached me.

Now, I don't have a problem with people approaching me or anything but it becomes a problem when people don't do it respectfully. When people try to whisper sexily into my ear (whilst I've got earphones in) and I'm trying to get shit done, it's a little irritating. I just gave him a funny look, smiled and went about my buisness and thought that was the end of it.

But no. Plot twist. The weird guy tried to talk to me again at the check out asking if the stuff in my basket was 'all for me' and asking for my number. Dude, gtfo. Yes I am above legal age, but you're probably old enough for it still to classify as pedophillia in most peoples eyes. No those three items aren't just for me and lastly if a girl isn't into you the first time, you don't go and bother her again five minutes later. NO, just NO. With hair like that on your head, No. Honestly, it wasn't even a hairdo, it was a hairDON'T. I clearly wasn't looking for attention, I had no make up on and I wasn't wearing on revealing clothing/ clothing that would indicate I would be into a guy like him who probably had kids. ¬_¬

But being my usual polite self I just said yes it's for me and moved on. I also ended up walking the long way cause it was dark and he was walking in the same way as me and you can never be too sure.

Thing is, it's not even the first time that stuff like that's happened to me and whats sad is that talking to friends etc, it happens to a lot of us. It's also nearly always the creeps that will have the balls to approach you and try and make a move whilst 'decent' guys will often never have the guts to say hi or try and make a move and as a result of that, many women become dissilusioned at the idea of men. Personally, I do think that men should be the persuer and I think that the decent men need to take a leaf out of the creeps book and make a move if they like a girl- nothing wrong with that, worse case scenario she says no- if that's the case move on (if you're in the supermarket you can buy some ben and jerry's to mope with xD). Just remeber to be respectful and if she says no, then leave it and move on to the next person- there's someone for everyone and everything happens for a reason.

Anyways, this is getting awfully long so I'll cut it short here!

Have a lovely Easter!

Yours,

Dalanda :-) xxx

P.S- The new Rowntrees orchard fruit pastilles are lovely!!

HAPPY EASTER WEEKEND!

Hopefully, I'll be going to the funfair with my friend today. :-O

Well whatever you're doing, have a lovely time! :-)
