Yet in life, you continuously ignore that instinct or that strong urge, and for what? Seriously, WHAT? Take a step back away from your ego, fear, pessimism, mistrust or whatever other bullshit  you feel is holding you back (though your only obstacle is yourself)  and look at the grand scheme of things. Sometimes, people forget that they're human beings and that others can see them that way too. It's not everyone that sees you for what and not who you are. Yet you hold this fear, let doubt creep in and you lose what should be yours. You lose what God has directed you towards and what your heart cries out for most. Opportunities don't last forever and sometimes, you must create them. If this has brought a situation to mind, then it's your cue to act on it or else, you won't find peace because its something you need to sort out not just for you but for others too.
